Consignor's Drop-Off:
(volunteers please do not schedule your drop-off during your volunteer shift)
For large quantity drop-offs 400+ items please schedule no later than 7:00pm Monday. On Tuesday we break at 1pm so no later than 11:30am for the morning and no later than 6:30pm for the evening. Thank you.

Vendor Booth Set-up:

Vendors must drop-off/decorate tables on Monday, April 9th from 5-8pm.

Vendors may begin setting up to sell as early as 1:00pm on Thursday, April 12th. The large crowds begin at 5pm with all traffic beginning at 2:00pm.
THURSDAY, April 12th PRE-SALES(pre-sale pass required):
(NO Children allowed unless in sling/bjorn-NO strollers)

11:30pm - Cashier/Staff Only Shop. Prequalifications apply. For security purposes no requests for cashier volunteering will be considered.

1:30pm - VIP volunteers only with mandatory meeting at 1:00pm, w/shopping immediately after

3:00pm - all other volunteers, i.e. drop-off/chair shift, etc...volunteers

4:00pm - consignor & guest

4:30pm - 8:00pm - Moms expecting multiples and Moms in their 3rd trimester

5:30pm - 8:00pm - Moms in their 2nd trimester

6:00 - 8:00pm - Moms in their 1 trimester
We are staggering the entry for a more comfortable shopping experience but still be prepared. The lines are similar to Black Friday but the deals are worth the wait.
